In this Maggi Manchurian recipe, first, you will have to make the Manchurian, then prepare its sauce, and at last, combine both sauce and Manchurian together and your Manchurian Maggi is ready.

Maggi Manchurian Recipe Homemade
To make Maggi Manchurian recipe, you would need,
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Green Chili
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Maggi
- Corn Flour
- Sugar
- Tomato Ketchup
- Chili Sauce
- Vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Ajinomoto
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
– Take 1 onion, ½ capsicum and cut it into cubes and keep aside.
– Then take the second onion and the other half capsicum, finely chop them and keep aside. Slit the green chili from the middle and also chop the ginger and the garlic cloves and keep aside.
– Take the 3 packets of maggi. Crush all of them inside their packets and then remove their maggi tastemaker and keep aside.
– In a bowl, add 1½ cup of water and let it boil then, add 1 and ½ packets of maggi noodles into the water. Keep ½ packet noodles aside for later use. In it, add 1 packet of maggi tastemaker and stir well.
– Now, add the chopped onion and the chopped capsicum and stir well until the water dries up. Remove the Maggi into a bowl and keep aside to cool down completely.
– As soon as it is cooled down, add 3 tablespoons of cornflour and the remaining 1 Maggi tastemaker and mix well.
– Now, take water in a small bowl. Dip your palm into the water. Take a small portion of Maggi into your palm, give it a round shape and keep it aside. When it is done, dip your palm again into the water, take a small portion into your palm and give it a round shape.
– Make similar round balls for all the remaining Maggi.
– Take the ½ crushed Maggi noodles into a flat plate. Coat all the Maggi balls into it and keep aside. Then deep fry these Maggi balls until they turn slightly golden in color.
– Take a small bowl. Add ½ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 teaspoons of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix well.
– Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
– As soon as the oil is hot, add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chili, cubed onion, and capsicum and saute them for 2 to 3 minutes.
– Now, add the bowl of sauce and stir well. Let it boil for a minute. Then add, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon of Ajinomoto and stir well.
– Let it cook until the sauce comes to half. Lower the flame and add the fried Maggi Manchurian balls. Toss it so that all the Manchurians are coated with the thick gravy properly.
– And your Maggi Manchurian recipe is ready to be served. Garnish it with some chopped spring onions and serve it hot.

How to make easily Manchurian Maggi at Home?
Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 small Capsicum chopped
- 1 Green Chili
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped

- 2 packets Maggi 70 Grams x 2
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ tsp Ajinomoto
- Water as required
- Salt as required
- Oil for deep frying

Steps To make Maggi Manchurian Recipe
- First, take 1 onion. Cut it into cubes and keep aside.
- Take the second onion and finely chop it and keep aside.
- Similarly, take ½ capsicum and cut it into cube shape and keep it aside.
- Also, finely chop the other half capsicum and keep aside.
- Finely chop the ginger and garlic cloves and keep it aside.
- Take the green chili and slit it from the middle.
Steps To Prepare The Manchurian For The Maggi Manchurian Recipe
- Take the 3 packets of maggi. Crush all of them inside their packets and then remove their maggi tastemaker and keep aside.
- Now, take a bowl, add 1½ cup of water and let it boil.
- As soon as the water starts to boil, add 1 and ½ packets of maggi noodles into the water. Keep ½ packet noodles aside for later use.
- As soon as the noodles are half cooked, add only 1 packet of maggi tastemaker and stir well.
- Now, add the chopped onion and the chopped capsicum and stir well until the water dries up.
- Remove the maggi into a bowl and keep aside to cool down completely.
- As soon as it is cooled down, add 3 tablespoons of corn flour and the remaining 1 maggi tastemaker and mix well.
- Now, take water in a small bowl. Dip your palm into the water. Take a small portion of maggi into your palm, give it a round shape and keep it aside. When it is done, dip your palm again into the water, take a small portion into your palm and give it a round shape.
- Similarly make round balls for all the remaining maggi.
- Take the ½ crushed maggi noodles into a flat plate. Coat all the maggi balls into it and keep aside. This coating is done to make the maggi balls crispy.
- Take a kadhai and add oil for deep fry. As soon as the oil is hot, reduce the flame to the lowest possible flame. Add the maggi balls and deep fry them until they turn slightly golden brown in color.
Steps to Prepare the Sauce for Manchurian Maggi
- Take a small bowl.
- Add ½ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 teaspoons of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix well.
- Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- As soon as the oil is hot, add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chili, cubed onion and capsicum and saute them for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now, add the bowl of sauce and stir well. Let it boil for a minute. Then add, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon of ajinomoto and stir well.
- Let it cook until the sauce comes to half.
Final Steps to make the Manchurian Maggi
- As soon as the sauce decreases, lower the flame and add the fried maggi manchurian balls.
- Toss it so that all the manchurians are coated with the thick gravy properly.
- And your manchurian maggi recipe is ready to be served. Garnish it with some chopped spring onions and serve it hot.
Notes
- While cooking the maggi, you can use both the tastemaker packets. And while adding the cornflour, you can use maggi masala-e-magic instead of maggi tastemaker.
- To thicken the gravy quickly, you can add a mixture of 2 teaspoons of cornflour and 4 teaspoons of water. After adding this, let it cook for 30 seconds and you will get the same red gravy color back.
- You can easily double the recipe.
- I have only added chopped onions and capsicum into the maggi. But you can add veggies of your own choice.
