With Christmas and usual vacations around the corner, I have been looking for tutti frutti cake recipe on Google a lot. After reading and trying couple of recipes, I decided to give a try to eggless tutti frutti cake but with a little bit of my own twist.

Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe | Homemade bake
To make this spongy eggless tutti frutti cake recipe, you would need,
- All-Purpose Flour
- Cinnamon Powder
- Baking Powder
- Vanilla Essence
- Pineapple Essence (optional)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Curd
- Tutti Frutti
- Salt
- Sugar
- Butter or oil
- Water
– Preheat your oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
– In a large bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients which include All-Purpose flour, Cinnamon powder, salt, and baking powder. next, add tutti frutti in it and mix well.
– Take a 7 to 10 inches large baking pan, grease it with oil or butter and keep it aside.
– In another bowl, dissolve sugar and water. Now, add butter, vanilla essence and pineapple essence and mix them well.
– Take another bowl, add fresh curd, Apple Cider Vinegar, and water. Mix well. Next, add baking soda to this mixture. The mixture will now froth and bubble up.
– Now, immediately add the sugar solution and the baking soda solution into the dry mix.
– Mix them all together and form a smooth dough.
– Pour this tutti frutti cake batter in greased baking pan.
– Tap the sides of the tray for 2 to 3 times to remove any bubbles from the batter and place the pan inside the preheated oven.
– Bake it for 40 to 50 minutes more or less as required on 180 Degrees celsius.
– Check if your cake is cooked properly by inserting a toothpick or fork. If it comes out clean then your cake is ready. If it doesn’t then bake it for some more time.
– Your Eggless Tutti Frutti cake is ready. Let it cool down completely, cut it into thin slices and serve.

Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt (a pinch)
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Tutti Frutti
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter or oil
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ tsp Pineapple Essence Optional
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

- Add ½ Tsp of baking soda to this mixture. The mixture will now froth and bubble up.
- Now, immediately add the sugar solution and the baking soda solution into the dry mix.
- Mix them all together and form a smooth dough.
- Pour this tutti frutti cake batter in greased baking pan.
