You can make this recipe with leftover chapati as well. Most of the time what I do is when I am getting late for my office and if I have some chapati’s left, I make this anda paratha for my lunchbox. So, my lunch for the afternoon is ready in just 10 minutes.

Not only for breakfast, but this recipe is also good for lunch and dinner as well. Anda paratha is very common in street foods. So, if you want an egg chicken roll, then they make this egg paratha and use the chicken filling. However, they mostly use chapati made up of maida which is not good for health.

You can eat this egg paratha with tomato ketchup or as it is. To give this anda paratha a cheesy punch, add some grated cheese on top and sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes. You can use normal processed cheese or mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese. You can also serve this with a hot cup of tea or coffee for your breakfast or evening snacks.

Add some 2 to 3 drops of water into the egg and then beat it. It helps keep your egg soft and fluffy. When your egg paratha is ready, serve it hot.
