Bread Pizza Recipe | Ready in 30 Minutes

This bread pizza recipe is made in Tawa. It is really a very quick and delicious snack recipe. 

The taste of this bread pizza is not very different from the actual pizza, but it will surely satisfy your pizza cravings.

The toppings, you can use any veggies that you want. To keep it simple, I have only used Capsicum, white onions, paneer and onions. 

If possible, buy uncut bread fro bakery, and cut it into 1/2 inch pieces. You can use brown bread or white bread or multi-grain bread.

Use readymade pizza sauce available from any mart. It will just save your time. Or, you can also make the pizza sauce at home and refrigerate it for a month.

Butter or Oil According to your requirement
Pizza Sauce According to your requirement
Green Capsicum 1 Large
Onion 1 Large
Olives (If you want) 6 to 8
Tomato (If you want) 1 Large
Carrot (If you want) 1 Medium
Oregano According to your requirement
Black Pepper Powder According to your requirement
Pizza Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese Add according to your requirement
Red Chilli Flakes According to your requirement

Steps to Prepare Bread Pizza Recipe

You will have to toast the bread first. So, first, follow these steps of toasting the bread for the Bread Pizza Recipe.

Step 1: Heat a Tawa or a heavy pan.

Step 2: If you are using Butter, then apply butter on both sides of bread, or if you are using oil, then sprinkle oil in the Tawa or heavy pan.

Step 3: Now, keep 2 to 3 bread slices at a time on the tawa depending on the size of your tawa.

Step 4: After one side is toasted, flip it and toast the other side too.

Step 5: Keep all the toasted bread aside on a plate.

Your bread is ready for bread pizza.

You can also try Aloo Puri or Crispy Hyderabadi samosa.

Final steps to make Bread Pizza

Step 1: Dice all the vegetables and keep aside separately.

Step 2: Take 1 toasted bread slice, using a spoon, spread the pizza sauce only on 1 side.

Step 3: First, top with diced onions.

Step 4: Then add capsicum cubes, and Tomato cubes.

Step 5: Then top with carrot and olives.

Step 6: Now, sprinkle some Oregano, chilli flakes, and pepper powder over the veggies. Adding black pepper is optional, but it will add some better taste to your Pizzas.

Step 7: Now, heat the tawa again and place the topping filled Pizza bread in it.

Step 8: While keeping the flame on low, top the bread with Mozzarella Cheese.

Step 9: Now, cover the pan with a lid.

Step 10: Cook it until the cheese melts.

Step 11: Now, remove the pizza bread and serve in a plate. You can additionally top with oregano and chilli flakes.

Tips for a perfect Bread Pizza

  1. Choice of vegetables depends on you. You can add your favourite veggies.
  2. If you don’t have pizza sauce, you can also mix Tomato Sauce and Schezwan Chutney together and use as a substitute for Pizza Sauce.
  3. You can also use readymade Pizza seasoning instead of oregano or dried herbs.
  4. Use only heavy base Tawa. This will prevent the pizza base from getting burnt.
  5. Keep your flame on low from the start to end.
