This plum cake recipe is made without any eggs or alcohol.

Whole Wheat Flour - ½ Cup (1 Cup = 250 ML)
All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Cashew Nuts - ½ Cup
Plums (Chopped) - 4 to 6
Cinnamon Powder - ½ Tsp
Milk - ½ Cup
Nutmeg Powder - ¼ Pinch
Baking Soda - ½ Tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Melted Butter - ⅔ Cup (167 ML)
Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
Steps to make Eggless Plum Cake Recipe
Step 1: First grease your baking pan with oil or butter.
Step 2: Preheat your microwave to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 3: Take a large bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients like the All-Purpose flour, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, and baking powder.
Step 4: Now, add ⅔ cup melted butter to the flour and mix well.
Step 5: After mixing them properly, add the powdered sugar, and mix them properly.
Step 6: Now, add finely chopped plums and cashew nuts to the mixture. Mix them properly together.
Step 7: In a separate bowl, add ½ cup milk and 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar. Don’t mix them at all or the milk would then start curdling. Add ½ Tsp Baking soda and stir it properly. This mixture will now froth and bubble.
Step 8: Add this mixture quickly to the batter along with the vanilla essence. Mix them quickly.
Step 9: Now, pour this batter in the greased baking pan and bake it in 180-degree celsius for 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 10: When the cake is cooked, the top side will be browned in color and it will have a natural glaze.
Your eggless plum cake is ready to be served.
You can use soy milk instead of normal milk.
Use more dry fruits like dates, raisins, almonds, etc.
You can adjust the powdered sugar according to your sweetness.
You can also use white Vinegar instead of Apple Cider Vinegar.
You can also add tutti frutti with the dry fruits.
