Steps to Make Delicious Homemade Pizza
How to make Pizza Sauce for the Pizza?
Step 1: Take a small bowl.
Step 2: Add 4 Tbsp of Chings Schezwan chutney and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup.
Step 3: Mix it well with a small spoon.
Step 4: Your pizza sauce is ready.
You can also purchase pizza sauce from any general store or a shopping mart.
How to make Homemade Pizza?
Step 1: First, Take all the veggies and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Finely chop all the veggies and keep aside.
Step 3: Take a pizza base on a shallow plate.
Step 4: First apply 1 tsp of butter on top.
Step 5: Then apply ½ Tbsp pizza sauce on it.
Step 6: Now, add little veggies on it.
Step 7: Grate Mozzarella and cheddar cheese on it.
Step 8: Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder.
Step 9: Heat a non-stick frying pan on high flame until hot.
Step 10: Add 1 tsp butter at the center of the pan.
Step 11: And then keep the pizza over it.
Step 12: Keep the flame on low and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 13: Cook the pizza for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

- You can also cook the pizza in a microwave oven instead of Tawa. Rest all the process remains the same.

- For health, use pizza base made up of wheat.
