Cook the eggplant in clarified butter and consume it on the daily basis with buttermilk regularly for 2 months. This home remedy will help to boost Male and Female fertility.
Diet to maintain:
According to Ayurveda, food plays an important role in strengthening the “Shukra Dhatu”. The person dealing with infertility has to maintain a strict, organic and nutritious diet that is easy to digest.
